What Was The Problem?
It’s quite simple. ZERO organic traffic. ZERO online water damage jobs.
This was the problem that ERS was facing. All of their water damage jobs were coming from their referral network (which is great) but revenue generated from online traffic was non-existent. They wanted to grow their business and this was an obvious untapped source.
How Did We Do It?
It started with specific geographic keyword research and a competitor analysis in the area.
We then created a beautiful website that converts into phone calls and one that is optimized locally. Worked on our organic presence by using the SEO techniques at our disposal.
And we went from nowhere to be found online to ranking 1-3 in several geographic areas for multiple keywords.
From there, it’s all about maintaining our current positions, finding other opportunities and ranking them.

The numbers speak for itself.
We generated 391 unique calls. This included spammers (hate those guys), real people who didn’t really need our service (they were looking for a plumber or needed to get in touch with the City), and legit water damage leads.
Out of these 391 calls, they signed 68 jobs. Some were small self-pay cash jobs, other’s were high ticket insurance claims.
From these 68 jobs, $455,511.68 was billed/invoiced Xactimate, and thus far (some jobs are still open) they’ve collected $333,984.20.
Over $300,000 in online revenue. And this year, we’re on track to exceed this amount.
